ANNEALING THE BODY


Annealing the body is the body’s response of adaptation to the external environment.
Every body is endowed by nature with the extraordinary power of adapting to the environment, so is man, he especially with higher power.
Annealing the body can be achieved by several methods and it depends on what performances are desired to be obtained. For example, if you want to have a good physical condition you need to start doing physical effort and exercises almost daily but combining them with rest. There is an old word “for all that does not defeats you strengthens you”.
If you want to get immunity and a high resistance to colds, the training consists in the bath with cold water only and sleeping in winter in unheated rooms.
I remember that after a failure to a hot water pipe hot the water was stopped for a month. As I was used to take a bath every morning, I started to take the first shower with cold water and this in a period in April when the water was very cold. The body’s reaction was a strong cold which fortunately I have not treated it with antibiotics but leaving the body to do his work. After almost a week having cold showers in the morning, the body was so well braced that I had become immune to colds; I have not got a cold even until today, and even I was not feeling that icy sensation of the water on the skin; which at first a cold shower seemed to me as a pain sensation, of the skin, now became a really enjoyable activity.

There are also special exercises with amazing yield for us. Daily stress often causes us a negative vibration of the mind disturbing us psychologically and physically, making us ill us little by little. It is very important to learn the techniques of relaxation of the brain, because I consider that all diseases start from here; the same as “the fish that spoils from the head”. Self-controlling, cutting the roots of negative thoughts and cultivating a positive and optimistic thinking are obtained through a constant and continuous training. Mental health is more important than physical health. When the mind is agitated and depressed, neither the body can function normally. The physical body does nothing than following the mind imitating its changes.
Anger, anxiety, stress, wears away the nervous system destroying the body cells and causing heart, liver, stomach and spleen diseases. Stress is more dangerous than disease causing even impotence, stressed people are often confused and they forget quickly, they are unable to concentrate.
Self-control and the annihilation of the negative thoughts and the cultivation of positive and optimistic thoughts produce emotional states of joy and harmony benefic for the entire body.
An old proverb says that “the bee takes you to the honey and the fly to the shoe” so the optimistic thoughts that you cultivate in mind take you to a state of inner joy while negative thoughts lead you to despair - anger - pain - disease - death eventually.
Annealing of the body to stress is done by several methods but the most effective are the Special Techniques of Relaxation
By these methods you will learn how to quickly reload the body with energy, how to save valuable time doing minimum effort with maximum energy, how to work without stress.
