WATER – THE SOURCE OF LIFE

Water is so important to the human body that is one of the main factors of health.
First of all, our body is composed of 70% water. A quantity of this water is in continuously usage of body needs, as such, each gram of water consumed should be replaced with another gram of fresh water, if we want to keep the body in a normal state.
Our body always eliminates water through the pores of the skin, in the shape of perspiration and sweat. The sweat is the secretion, which is eliminated with such rapidity and abundance, that transforms into droplets that evaporate continuously through the skin. Sweating is a gradual and progressive evaporation of water through the skin, and the experiences have proved that if it would stop the death would occur.
Chemical analysis showed that perspiration and sweat are full of decomposed products of the body so if in our bodies is not sufficient liquid these residues will remain in the body, poisoning it and then catching diseases and then death. The perspiration and the sweat are necessary to minimize through evaporation the excess of heat, to maintain a normal temperature into the body.
Water in sufficient quantities, is necessary for the normal blood circulation, for the removal of the damaged molecules and for the normal assimilation of nutrients.
Without a sufficient amount of water in the body, the undigested parts of food would not have the needed moisture to pass easily through the colon and to get out of the body, and hence the constipation with all its complications occur.
People who do not drink enough water are lacking energy, they have the look of anemic people, they are pale, their skin is always dry and it rarely sweats.
They almost always suffer from digestive disorders, their intestines and colon are rough and the body from the lack of water is forced to absorb the dirty water from the large intestine, making our body ill.
If one does not drink enough water, it begins the solidification of the faeces. When later, the rhythmic movement of the intestine restarts, only one part of the faeces is eliminated, the other part remaining glued to the walls of the colon; the following days a small amount will be added and so on until the man begins to suffer from chronic constipation, with complex diseases accompanying.
Half of the problems women have are the products of the same cause - constipation.
The absorption of faeces into the body with the help of blood can be explained in two ways: firstly because of the requirement and the need to give the body a greater quantity of water and secondly because of the desperate effort that nature makes to eliminate the toxic products through the skin, lungs and kidneys.
The nature understands the danger of the perpetuation of faeces in the body and therefore it makes every effort to eliminate debris in another way, without regard to the danger of blood poisoning. The best and most demonstrative example of the fact that many diseases and sufferings are caused by this abnormal condition of the large intestine is that once it is cleaned, also the diseases disappear that have direct contact with constipation.
Experts say that every man must consume daily from 2 to 5 liters of water to compensate the loss.
If the body does not receive this amount, it uses the liquids inside it and the man begins to “dry”, all his are functions being adulterated. You should not be surprised if you begin to suffer from various physical diseases.
Human body is full of various harmful, toxic substances, which nature is not able to eliminate through the kidneys, or skin, if it does not receive enough water.
All human internal organs need water and if water is insufficient in the body, it dries up like plants do because of the lack of water, because all living organisms need water and without water there can be no life and no health. And all this happens because we do not drink enough water: because of convenience or habit, and we eat unnatural.

We shall talk about the need of inspiring fresh air. Some people have the bad habit of staying in tightly closed places, deprived of the necessary ventilation. Lungs continually expire the destroyed materials and the waste in the body and the inspiration meets the garbage man’s role, bringing from all the parts of the body damaged, needless substances. The substances removed through the lungs are almost as damaging as the substances removed through the skin, kidneys, intestines. The air in the bedroom should be almost as fresh as the air outside. Do not fear that you will catch a cold. Remember that to cure tuberculosis the patient is advised always to stay in fresh air, day and night, no matter how cold it is. Cover yourself with more blankets and you will no longer feel the cold as soon as you get used to it.
Fresh air and the current are not one and the same. Of course in winter it is not advised to let too much cold air enter the house, because the temperature would diminish in a disturbing way. Open the windows from time to time and let the air to move freely from outside to inside. Go out to fresh air for a short time each day, it is full of life and health-giving qualities.
